Create a record$-$triggered flow that records the date and time a new Job Posting

Site is created or updated. The flow should also email the account owner to inform

them that a new Job Posting Site has been created or updated. This will require the

storage of new information, so as part of the process you must add a new field of

the appropriate type to the Job Posting Site class
