Task 3- 3rd Product: Internal Memos Material - Governmental policy implications and health & safety constraints associated with alternative construction methods. o 1st Memo: the company manager asked you and your team to review the current legislation, government policies, and strategies that govern the construction industry in general and the alternative construction methods in specific, the challenges facing alternative construction should be highlighted, defining what should be done to meet these challenges. o 2nd Memo: the teams should also review the health & safety policies and regulations, including the constraints related to the alternative construction methods that the engineers in charge of the production line should implement, and the recommendations should be forwarded to the board to take investment decision to enhance the safety during the production and assembling.
