Create a separate calendar for your boss, Tim Bellow.

Create an appointment for Tim Bellow to meet with Mary Carmen, tomorrow at $10$ a$.$m$.$ The meeting will last $1$ hour. Set the recurrence pattern to Weekly so that the meeting with Mary Carmen happens on a weekly basis.
