Task 3: Develop and Communicate Networking Report for Jetts Fitness (Australia)

INSTRUCTIONS

This task will require you to develop a Networking Report with two business contacts. You will also be required to communicate the contents of the Networking Report to at least two relevant stakeholders in your organisation.

Use your workplace/organisation's template to implement this task.

To implement this task, you must:

• Develop a Networking Report based on your engagement with each of the two business contacts. The Networking Report should incorporate, for each contact:
  • Name of person contacted and their organisation.

• Date, time and method of contact

• Identify at least two advantages of developing the business relationship with them based on the plan.

• Record the outcome of engagement with the business contact, including:
  • Subject matter of the discussion
  • Agreed next steps on developing the business relationship
  • Confirmed communication channels for future correspondence
  • Agreed next date of contact
• Communicate the Networking Report to at least two relevant stakeholders in your organisation.

Relevant stakeholders may include board members, senior management, shareholders.
