Task 3: Engage with Business Contacts ASSESSMENT INSTRUCTIONS This task will require you to engage with the two business contacts you communicated with from Workplace Project Task 2. You will need to promote the business opportunities with them through: At least one verbal communication channel At least one written communication channel Communication channels to be used for this task must correspond to that confirmed by your business contacts on initial contact. Your assessor will observe you as you engage with the business contact through the verbal communication channel. To complete this task, you must: Prepare additional details regarding each business opportunity that you will discuss with each of your business contacts. This must be consistent with the information you provided them at initial contact. Use communication techniques to build rapport with each of your business contacts. Appropriate communication technique must be observed on both verbal and written communication method used.
