Task 3: Key findings and recommendations Using your research from Task 2, reflect on the overall compliance management system for the business. It may assist you to attribute those risk areas to operation divisions in the business, such as Finance, Human Resources and Catering/Food and Beverage Services 3.2 Explain how you would continuously evaluate business operations for non-compliance and implement modifications. 3.3 For each of the following, identify two (2) opportunities that the business should participate in to maintain knowledge of current regulatory requirements: Participating in industry accreditation schemes Participating in industry seminars Membership of professional industry associations Participating in training courses _ Subscribing to regulatory newsletters. 3.4 Provide a breakdown of how organisational communication methods should be used to share updated regulatory knowledge on laws and licensing requirements. 3.5 Provide a suggested compliance procedure to continuously review and distribute plans and policies to ensure they are compliant and maintained in line with current laws and licensing requirements. 3.6 Provide recommendations on how information updates for team members would be communicated if there was a change in their roles and responsibilities relating to the three key risk areas as identified earlier in 3.1.
