1. For each of the three resources you previously identified in Task B, describe:

a) The process you will use to receive quotations for the resources

b) The Suppliers you plan to receive quotations from

c) How you will determine which suppliers you prefer

d) How you will negotiate and obtain resources within the required timeframe

e) How you will arrange the delivery of the resources

2. Describe the systems you will use to monitor Worlducation's resource usage.

3. Develop a procedure for reviewing resource allocation against business unit objectives.

4. As part of implementing the procedure you developed in the previous question (Task C, Question C4):

• Introduces the purpose of the procedure
• Describes when the procedure should be used
• Summarises the procedure
• Provides details on where staff can view the complete procedure
