Task 3: Train Line Managers in Following the Performance Development Process ASSESSMENT INSTRUCTIONS This task will require you to train at least two individuals (e.g. line managers) and at least two teams (e.g. management teams) of your organisation in following the performance development process from Workplace Project Task 1. To complete this task, you must: Access and review the following: o Organisational policies and procedures relevant to the following: Coaching employees who performance below standard Disciplining employees who performance below standard Dispute resolution processes for situations where there is a dispute on performance between different line managers and employees Terminating employees who fail to respond to an intervention At least two legislative and regulatory requirements for terminating employees who fail to respond to an intervention. Storing recorded outcomes of performance development sessions securely such that they are accessible to relevant stakeholders. o At least two regulatory requirements for terminating employees who fail to respond to an intervention Train at least two teams (e.g. management teams) and at least two individuals (individual line managers) of your organisation, based on organisational and legislative requirements, in: o Monitoring performance of their staff o Managing performance of their staff
