Task $4$: a function to add phasors

The last function add$\_$phasors computes the phasor sum from lists of magnitudes and phases.

The function takes the following parameters:

As $-$ a list containing the amplitdes of sinusoids

phis $-$ a list containing phases

Both lists must be the same length.

The function returns a complex number that represents the phasor sum of the individual sinusoids$.$
