Write minutes of the meeting recording who was in attendance, the discussion and outcomes of the meeting and actions to be undertaken to manage the contingency. Adjust your implementation method to manage the contingency (for example recruit additional staff, adjust a role description, increase the number of team meetings). Consultation may occur in any appropriate format (for example text message, face-toface discussion, survey, email)
