Task

Assume that you are developing the event management system at KFUPM. The administrators at

KFUPM would like users to be able to book a venue for any sort of event that a person, a club, a

department would like to hold. Anyone who would like to make a booking should be able to browse

the list of venues that are available on the required dates. Once a person makes a booking, the housing

department should make the required arrangements. In addition, the security department is also

required to manage the traffic and make the required security related arrangements. The person

making the booking should also have the option to request food arrangements. For this, the food

department would need to know the number of participants. As such, the person booking should also

have the option to set the number of participants. The events can also be training events, in which

case there will also be an instructor. The instructor might also to view the number and details of the

participants.
