Salih, 32 years old, was appointed as an engineer by Infineon Star Sdn. Bhd, a Malaysian resident company located in Kulim HiTect Malaysia. His appointment as an engineer started on 1 January 2021. His remuneration package is as follows: 1. Salary of RM6,000 per month. 2. A car costing RM120,000 was provided together with fuel and other maintenance. The car was purchased by the company in 2019. 3. A fully furnished house was provided by the company with monthly rental of RM2,300 (including the semi furnish furniture with air conditioner at RM300). 4. 5. 6. Infineon Star Sdn Bhd paid RM6,000 interest on loan taken by Salleh from a financial institution in Kedah. Salih reimbursed to the company a monthly deduction of RM300 effective from March 2021.
