Steve Edward graduated with a Bachelor degree of Agriculture Science from Charles Sturt University in

Australia. His parents own an agriculture business. His interest is to expand their business internationally. An

opportunity arises for him to expand the business countries in China, Indonesia, Philippines, and India.

Unfortunately, Steve has limited knowledge of each country market. He never hear about Michael Porter$$s five

forces framework and he does not know how to implement it$.$

The current system in his company is quite challenging. Often, his staff spent substantial time on correcting

data and information on different systems such as purchasing, warehouse, accounts, human resource,

payroll, logistics etc.

Steve wants to build a system that is sustainable and scalable. Unfortunately, he does not know what type of

an enterprise system is suitable for integrating all the systems together. He heard about how effective a

Customer Relationship Management $($CRM$)$ system is but his company does not have one. He would like to

have a CRM integrated into the current system. He believed that having a good customer relationship system

can improve customer relationship and increase staff productivity.

You know Michael Porter$$s five forces and you are asked to explain it to Steve. You are also asked to

introduce and describe an enterprise Information System that can integrate all the systems together in his

company.
