Suggestion for drawing the Schema:

Option $1($recommended$)$: Use a drawing software such as Microsoft Visio,

draw.io$,$ ERDPlus or

Lucidchart. Even the shapes in MS Word can be used.

Option $2$: You can draw the Schema by hand, take a clear picture and insert it into the Word document.
