Task In this assessment, you will collaborate with your peers on a leadership challenge that involves preparing organisational practitioners and key Stakeholders for a significant change scenario. You are encouraged to take on the role of executives in the C-Suite (ie, Chief Executive Officer CEO, Chief Operating Officer - COO, etc) anticipating and addressing challenges which are or likely to be of concern to a board's public trust and accountability to key stakeholders (internal and external). As a group, you will present a "Report to the Board" (worth 40% of marks) on a development plan to address this leadership challenge, which (inter alia): foregrounds the contexts of the change initiative outlines the generative approaches with stakeholders to negotiate decisions and related opportunities regarding the change addresses potential barriers, obstacles, and consequences to the change. Your report should be 3000 words /- 10%. The Executive Summary, References and Appendices are not included in the word count. In addition to the report, you will also give a collective presentation of the report (worth 10% of marks) face-to-face. Each group member must present for 3 minutes, give or take 30 seconds. This presentation should emulate a board-room presentation, i.e. not be a word-for-word
