Select the list text starting with "Pros" and ending with "Disruptive" at the bottom of the page. Define a new list style named Remodel Style that uses Wingdings character $220$ in Standard Colors Dark Red as the $1$stlevel bullet and the current bullet character in Standard Colors Dark Red as the $2$nd$-$level bullet. Save the new style in the Multilevel List gallery for use only in this document.
