Find the reservation 4. (see 4a) 5. Find room rate, number of days stayed 6. Add the price of the missing accessory 7. Find the shuttle service (see 7a) 8. Find other services used (see 8a) 9. Prepare invoice 10. Print the invoice for the customer and update the reservation portfolio 11. Release the room. Alternative flows (if any): 4a. If an accessory is missing, find the price, and go to step 7 in normal scenario. 7a. If the customer used shuttle, find details of the shuttle, and add the cost to invoice. 8a. If the customer used other services, find the unpaid services, and add the cost to invoice
