Task Overview: This assessment task requires students to create a personal leadership development plan (PLDP 2,000 words), detailing their existing and desired leadership attributes, skills and knowledge. Students will be required to provide strategies and timelines regarding the achievement of the desired objectives. To this end, students will be encouraged to develop a habit of reflection by maintaining a weekly learning journal for the duration of the unit. Individual weekly journal entries will not be collected and graded, but it can be appended in the PLDP as a supporting material.
