Task Requirements This assessment task requires you to demonstrate skills to develop and use emotional intelligence to increase self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management in the workplace. To do so, you are required to: Demonstrate emotional intelligence in relation to the following two different work tasks: Conflict management Performance management Promote the development of emotional intelligence on both occasions In the course of the above, you must complete the following activities: Activity 2.1: Prepare to develop emotional intelligence Activity 2.2: Demonstrate emotional intelligence in managing conflicts and promote the development of emotional intelligence Activity 2.3: Demonstrate emotional intelligence in the management of team performance and promote the development of emotional intelligence Activity 2.4: Monitor the implementation of the training plan
