Task

The current task will be based on the writing of a report. For the report, the student must explain how he/she will analyze the marketing options for the restaurant that is offering fast food to its customers (an already existing Small Business, consolidated into the sector and willing to grow).

Based on the above, the student is expected to work in the following points:

1) An explanation of in which stage of the Small Business Lifecycle is the restaurant.

2) A decision on whether to keep working as a family business or becoming a franchisee of a bigger corporation.

3) The most suitable marketing options for the restaurant according to the previous two points.

4) Final recommendations.
