Task: We have already discussed three key process: - Procurement - Fulfillment - Production There are a number of other processes in organization such as those related to product development and managing people. Identify one additional process that is typical in your organizations ( for example, Sales and marketing, Quality management, Research and development, Human resource management etc. ) You may consider an organization you have worked or any of your group member has worked/ working now. For the process provide the following details:

1. A brief description about the organization. 2. A brief description of the processes (what they are, why and how they are used etc.) 3. The purpose or desired outcome of those process. 4. Steps in the process and the person and functional area responsible for completing the step 5. A diagram or flow chart of that process.

As a group you have to create a brief report and a presentation of this report. Marks will be equal for both the written report and the presentation. You need to submit both the report and presentation as online submission in the Google classroom. Please check the due dates in the assignment section in the classwork section.
