Task :

We just ended a meeting with three stakeholders from various business units. We have a project to develop which has a target to go live 6 months from now. The project will require multiple teams to coordinate an integration strategy, training plan, and onboarding of the project. You have been informed two of the key stakeholders are going to be hard to book for input due to travel and other work demands. The project needs to be outlined and any known risks clearly stated.

1. Please provide a project timeline to layout the various requirements.

2. And, please outline a communication strategy for the internal project contributors and the project stakeholders.

3. Please note I more looking for an assessment of how you will tackle the project and understand what you will use to track the project.
