Instead there are many methodologies he/she can adopt or they can mix between them. Each method has pros and cons. In practice, there are many Project Management methodologies with examples from real companies, and steps to help you choose the right methodology.

Submit 1200 words on the different Project Management (PM) methodologies. You can structure the assignment as follows:

Part1: Project Management (PM) methodologies (a2, 10)

- An overview about each methodology

- The advantages and disadvantages of each methodology

- Comparison between the methodologies

- The best methodology and the reasons.

Part 2: TWO different examples of companies that adopted two different methodologies and evaluate their applications
