In this assignment you will pick one team project you have worked on $($be sure to appropriately sanitize the information$).$ Then using the information in Malachowsky $($pp$.98-99),$ perform a SWOT analysis on the selected project. To successfully complete the assignment, provide the following information in your slides:

a$.$ A brief scope statement of the project. Be sure to include the project definition, duration, resources, and quality measures.

b$.$ What where the project's strengths? Weaknesses? What opportunities arose? What threats? Be sure to include at least $2$ for each SWOT section.

c$.$ After analyzing the completed SWOT, if you were asked to serve as the project leader of a similar project, provide at least three recommendations that you would offer to a group of stakeholders considering sponsoring a similar project.
