You have folder name main and these folder contain two folders in each folder contain two images:

Combine part of Image 1 (determine it as polygon) from the first folder with part of Image 1 of the second folder, and make this so on for the other images.

In each figure display: The image from floder1, the image from floder2, the part of the first image that will be combined, and the part of the first image that will be combined image after combined
