London clay $(4-50m),r_{\text{s}\text{a}\text{t}}=18k\frac{N}{m^3},c_u=125$kPa,$c^{\text{'}}=0$kPa,${}^{\text{'}}=24$

Assume a dead load of $5k\frac{N}{m^2}$ and an imposed load of $4k\frac{N}{m^2}.$ Ignore the wind load.

The ground water table lies at a depth of $5m$ below the natural surface level.
