TEAM AND STAKEHOLDER PRINCIPLES ASSIGNMENT Project Objective: To have learners gain and share knowledge on different team, communications and stakeholder principles, techniques and approaches by comparing and contrasting how to apply these effectively on both predictive (waterfall) and adaptive (agile) project approaches.
