Assume that your team has been hired by Cook Composites and Polymers $($CCP$)$ as a consultant.

It is your task to

$1.$ analyze the situa$-$on as described in the document provided, and to assess and evaluate

the different op$-$ons described by Mike Gromacki of CCP$.$

$2.$ Research publicaBons to support your analysis of the business case.

$3.$ Develop scenariosfor the opBons described in the business case, using the knowledge and

tools acquired during the OPMT $620$ course.

$4.$ Finally, provide recommenda$-$onsto the management of CCP with a solid jus$-$fica$-$on why

the company should follow your proposal.

Guiding QuesCons

These quesBons should help you to develop your case and complement the main task as

described above.

CCP faces three opBons for addressing its rinse styrene waste stream:

$1)$ conBnue with business as usual, sending its rinse styrene to cement kilns,

$2)$ sell its rinse styrene on the waste exchange, or

$3)$ proceed with developing a concrete coaBng that uses its rinse styrene $($BPS$).$
