Teamwork is an essential part of a productive working environment. Without a strong team, service, morale, and the overall guest experience is compromised. For this discussion, please answer the following questions.

1) What have you learned about teamwork so far in your workplace? Are you being a team player? Provide an example.

2) What motivates you to work? What characteristics do you possess that make you want to work in this industry?

3) At some point, you will need to go through the hiring process where you will need to be interviewed or interview others. Design your own interview question that relates to teamwork and answer it. (Be CREATIVE - Do not give a standard question such as "What are your strengths and weaknessess?")
