Technology Everyday we use technology in one way or another. In fact you are using it right now as you read this project assignment on your computer. We often don't stop and think about where the technology came from. If we lived in a country that was completely isolated from the rest of the world, we would be missing out on things that we use on a daily basis. For this project, research where each item on the list below was invented, created, or manufactured and who invented, created, or manufactured them. Once you have figured that out you need to imagine that the United States has been isolated for the past 200 years! What things would we not know about? Remember that technology builds off of many things so if the computer was not invented or made here first that means that many other things on the list are cancelled out. Pretend that you have just discovered some of the technologies that have not been allowed in the states. Write a letter to a friend that lives in a country that has all of these things and ask them questions about how these technologies have changed their lives. Your letter should be 300 words at least.
