"Technology may make its employees more dependent on it instead of making self-efforts." Do you mean that technology may stifle creativity, thinking outside the box, etc.. What would be an example of this issue? I think one avenue you could take is that technology could make team members dependent on certain communication methods versus others that may take more effort! Just thinking out loud, I am anxious to hear what you think!
