Teezan Company is the largest private employer, manufacturing machines in South Indonesia. He took a smart decision of fixing target to each group related to quality and finalised incentives based on perfect quality and profitability of the company. He provided training to the needy team members too. Then the situation got controlled and the team members supported the company with high profit. Teezan Company is clean, brightly lit, and nice place to work and in a country where many people are poor, Teezan employees receive excellent salaries and benefits. Their salaries are nearly double the salaries paid for similar jobs in the country. The company also gives loans to its employees to buy cars. If the cars that the employees buy need service, they are taken to the company garage and serviced free. Employees also get free medical treatment. And many of the female employees bring their children to work with them and keep them in the company's nursery. Teezan company has become famous as an excellent company to work for. The company's Chairman, Mr. Sulaiman says 'everything we give our employees gets returned to us in terms of the quality of the work done by the employees, their loyalty and their interest in improving their work'.
