I again contacted them and told them I wanted everything cancelled and now they say 14 days to get partial refund. I have received nothing from them but they still have my money! BUYER BEWARE! Wayfair will STEAL your money! The core complaints are that they sent the wrong products and had very poor customer service. Wayfair said that Rebecca would get a partial refund but she never did. The departments and teams that should be notified are the shipping department, finance department, and customer service team. In the future, the shipping department should verify that they are shipping the correct order. The finance team should be notified that she has not received a refund and the customer service team should have tried to work better with the customer and have offered her alternate solutions to the problem.
