Harry and Wilma were high school sweethearts who married when they were both $25$ years old. After $10$ years of marriage and $2$ children, Wilma discovered that Harry was having an affair and kicked Harry out of the house. Harry called his buddy Cheatem who is an estate lawyer and Cheatem told Harry that in their state, Wilma could get a divorce without his consent if she could prove infidelity. Since Wilma managed to get a photo of Harry kissing his girlfriend, Harry knew he was caught this time. Harry slept on Cheatem's couch that night and then showed up on the front step the next morning with flowers for Wilma. Wilma told him she would let him come back home if he agreed to stop his bad behavior. Harry was desperate and said he'd do anything she wanted. Wilma wrong down on a piece of paper: "I Harry promise to never have another affair, kiss another woman, cat call other women in the street, or even look at other women. If I do any of these things again, and if Wilma divorces me$,$ she will get to keep the house." Harry signed the paper and dated it$.$

Five years later Harry was again caught in an affair. Wilma filed for a simple divorce. After the divorce proceedings she handed Harry the documents to transfer the house into her name. Harry refused. Wilma sued Harry for breach of contract.
