$1.$ My first takeaway from this course is I learned how to work on the project and what is essential to work on the project.

$2.$ If I have a Telehealth project, I first must find out the pros and cons of my project and make sure it's suitable for everyone. Then, apply Telehealth needs assessment questions to the project management process.

$3.$ Then, I must create a timeline for working on my project and a realistic timeline for initiating the Telehealth program.

$4.$ Then, I must do the clinical assessment and determine the equipment requirements.

$5.$ I Have to make sure I have all the equipment available.

$6.$ I learn how to apply for a grant for my project.

$7.$ Plus, I learned how to demonstrate the project practically for approval.

$8.$ I need to make sure the project is available for the needs area; l have to make sure the internet or all the equipment to use in the project is available in the required location.

$10.$ My most important takeaway from this course is that it made me more confident and assertive in working toward project management or creating new projects.

Yes, I achieve the objectives and outcomes of this course. I enjoy the abstract poster assignment a lot. I love all kinds of assignments from this course; the last assignment is the big assignment in one, like cover later, Proposal summary, statement of needs, Method and strategies, plan and evaluation, etc. It is a massive project at once. I feel the last assignment is big, but I think we cannot separate it$.$ It is not a good idea to make the course longer than seven weeks as well, so there are no changes to make at this point. I love this course; it is the best way to earn ten credits and a Telehealth certificate.
