Term Project: You have been asked to plan and host a one half day sports clinic at Monroe College. The clinic should take place on a Friday in February 2021. The clinic can be held at the MAC. There is no budget for this project, as you will utilize Monroe College resources.

Prepare a Word document that includes the following:

The project objective (including the scope statement).

The project purpose (the business reason)

Create the WBS (a hierarchical WBS)..

List all of the tasks using MS Excel. Your task list should include the task name, task ID, task duration, and predecessor.

Draw the network diagram, calculating early start and early finish; late start and late finish; slack; identify the critical path.

The project may begin today, day 0 and must be completed within 120 days.

You are to draw the WBS and the network diagram. You may not use software to draw either of these diagrams.
