It can be either a contract form published in New Zealand or elsewhere internationally. You are required to identify the terms that relate to TERMINATION in the chosen contract. You must include the terms of both termination by the client and termination by the contractor in your report. In your own words, elaborate your understanding of the termination clause included in the contract. Decide if the clause on termination is a term to terminate a contract or a term to terminate the contractor's employment or the terms are used interchangeably. Support your discussion with sound arguments. You MUST cite the clause number and the title of the contract clause included in your report.
