Texpull Ltd is a mid-sized textile industry in the knit outerwear business located at the southern part of the country with an estimated $823,520 USD in annual revenue. Texpull Limited established in 2000, is divided into several departments namely design, manufacturing and administration. It is managed by a group of professionals and is most esteemed in the field of textile in Mauritius as well as abroad. It has a contingency of 200 employees. The main activity of the organisation is to produce pullovers. The company target market is mainly foreign countries (European countries) and also tourists visiting the island. The company exports its products to importers placed in various countries which are as follows such as France, US, Canada and Italy.

Texpull Ltd has set up a design proposal for employees to follow according to requirements. Using project management function, it provides a central structure for management. The design department issues a change master to collect and document all changes according the specification document.
