For Written Assignment 4, you will be analyzing the initiatives and values at two companies, designated by Ethisphere as some of the world's most ethical companies. Your paper should be 600 to 700 words (2 to 3 pages). Cite your sources using either MLA or APA Style. As noted in Chapter 5.2: Both a values-based and compliance approach are necessary elements of maintaining an ethical corporate culture. Ethics has been characterized as "doing the right thing" and serving as a motivational force that influences professionals values... Compliance is related to influencing behaviors to act in accordance to the law or face consequences...
