Thanks for all your help, one last request. Could you please help me write a reply to my classmates response; Hello everyone, I became a substitute teacher back in September of 2022. With the job that I had prior to that, which was a caregiver, I was unable to save any money, but with my current job, things are different. With this job, I make more money to where I am able to pay my bills and save some money in a savings account. I enjoy this job because of the benefits, the hours, the staff I work with and the students. Shortly after getting my job as a substitute teacher, I opened a savings and a checking account at a local credit union. I opened that account with $500.00 at 8% interest and I set it up to where $40.00 a month would go into the savings account automatically. After three years of having that account and not withdrawing any money, I have a total of $1980. $500.00 (beginning balance) $ 40.00 (interest 500 8% ) $1440.00 (contributions) _____________________ $1980.00 - total Remember, you can always add more to the savings or to get a higher interest rate, get a another account that pays higher interest. Best regards, Carla Ferrell
