First we'll remove the shift containing an excess of housekeeping staff. Click anywhere in the blue rectangle containing the text $9$ Housekeepers,Tab forward to the shift for $9$ housekeepers for $8$ hours and select it$,$ then click Yes on the confirmation dialog that pops up$.$

Now click Add Shift. Enter $4$ in # Employees, $9$AM for Start, and $5$PM for End. Click Add Now. Next, click Copy Forward. Click Select All to select every day of the week. Enter $2$ in Weeks, and click Copy Now.
