Utilizing the 7 P's would change the strategy in the simulation is by understanding how each piece work together, and that one failed part could fail the entirety of the organization. How the challenges of executing the additional Ps of servicesmarketing relate to my previous work experiences is being able to understand the industry as a whole. For example, when I was working at AT&T I was selling based on product, pricing, and promotion. I had to be able to work all three together to try to get the customer to buy from me.
