The Administrative Software Application Presentation will be prepared and presented as a group project. The time allotment will be $15$ minutes for each PowerPoint presentation with voiceover. The topic for the workflow analysis presentation will be chosen by the group members using a vendor assigned by the professor.

Each group will be assigned a major healthcare vendor $($McKesson$,$ Cerner, Siemens$.$ Epic, Allscripts$).$ Each group should choose an administrative software application created by that vendor, such as supply chain management software, practice management, human resources management, etc.

Create a PowerPoint presentation to $$sell$$ the adoption of the software to your $$Hospital Board.$$ Include a comparison and contrast to direct competitors with similar products, as well as a cost$/$benefit analysis in the presentation. Also, select a process in the workplace $($i$.$e$.$ staffing, admission to hospital, hiring, supply chain etc.$)$ and outline this process by developing a process map. Explain how the chosen application could increase efficiency and$/$or effectiveness.
