The analysis focused services accumulate more analyst hours compared to data collection services (Provided in Appendix D), therefore overhead allocation for Analyst services is far greater than "Call Centre Services". Based on the budgeted costs and provided information, I have prepared a data which separates the cost for each department. As per Appendix II, some of the costs such as call centre supervisors, telephone costs are allocated for all the three departments, even though the costs are accumulated by call centre department only. I have prepared Exhibit I which separates the costs for all the departments and provided Overhead allocation based on the budgeted costs
