Your paper can discuss sustainability as it relates to any part of the sustainability cycle (refer to Tufts University Sustainability PowerPt posted on Canvas - last slide shows the 6-step cycle). Here are a few examples (though there are many more topics and I encourage you to think of some that are different than the examples below): - Sustainable seafood - - Sustainability of another menu item Sustainable energy sources - Sustainability of food packaging - Is our current food system sustainable? Briefly explore why/ why not. If you choose this topic, you must write about the evidence found from your references, and use neutral language, as this is not an opinion paper. - The paper will consist of 2 pages: - Page 1: A one-page written paper (fill the whole page WITHOUT going over. Deduction is taken for going onto a second page, as it is easier to do that than concisely including all rubric elements in 1 page.) - Page 2: 'References' page that lists at least two reputable references - Use 1" margins, 12-point font, double spaced - No title page, running head, or your name/class/professor name/date
