  1. Produce a Manhattan plot using this data. Make sure to color the different chromosome SNPs with different colors, show the significance threshold line at 5x10E-8.
  2. Produce a second plot that "zoom in" to the significant region to within 1000 SNPs (50SNPs on each side of the most significant SNP). Show the name of the most significant SNP on the plot.
