In your role as an Ethics & Compliance Specialist, you have completed assigned tasks related to ethical issues and dilemmas faced by individuals and other companies, and the related outcomes. The focus areas have included individual ethical standards & behavior, financial disclosure & transparency, stakeholder commitment & relationships, global & legal ethical influences, employer & employee obligations, and issues related to respect & welfare.

Your boss has asked you to provide her with an executive summary containing key facts from your work. You will also utilize this knowledge to take a position $($in Section $3)$ on an ethical situation.

Your work should include a minimum of three paragraphs per section for sections $1$ and $2,$ and a minimum of one paragraph for section $3.$ Make sure that your paragraphs are written in a professional manner and that the topics "flow" together rather than only addressing the writing prompts based on portions of your prior installments.
