You will be creating your own completed logical framework in this task. Your first step is to select a project. For this assignment, you'll need to identify an appropriate infrastructure project. The project must be current but not complete; at the least, it should be well into planning. Do not pick something that is still at the conceptual stage (you will find that it might be difficult to nail down specifics or even to be clear about the purpose). Ideally, you'll pick a project that interests you (perhaps in your local region or region where you used to live). It should not be a project with which you are directly involved (that is, don't pick a project for which you are already on the project team or a project you have reviewed as an elected representative), but it is okay if you are an indirect stakeholder (likely if you select something in the region in which you are living).
