The CAP assignments refer to the cases found in APPENDIX A:

$1)$ Read, Review, and Examine CASE #$1$

$2)$ Based on the Cap Instructions, develop your analysis in alignment with those instructions. The Analysis

Each analysis will be submitted as a $1-2$ page paper $($delivered in class$),$ accompanied by a PowerPoint slideshow $($to be uploaded under each relevant weekly tab$).$ At a minimum, your analysis should contain the following:

$1.$ A brief synopsis of the case to establish the context for the analysis based on the materials covered.

$2.$ A detailed analysis leading to your definition$/$conclusion about what you see as the primary problem in this case. Your analysis must include the following elements:

a$.$ A detailed description of all minor issues$/$problems surrounding the primary problem. Make sure to support your arguments with relevant input from the case, other areas of the text, and additional research.

b$.$ A detailed definition of all the types $($s$)$ of conflict$($s$)$ that occurred. Ensure that your definitions are well supported by relevant information from the text and additional research.

$3.$ A recommendation to resolve the primary problem in the short term, including what type of conflict resolution should be employed. Make sure to support your argument with relevant elements of the case, other areas of the text, and additional research.

$4.$ A recommendation for relevant organizational change$($s$)$ to prevent the problem from reoccurring.
