The case study used in this assignment concerns Nutract, a fictional provider of agricultural machinery. Your work will be a 3,000-word report .

Application of methodologies to evaluate the supply chain and the industry. Where appropriate, use some of the tools covered in this module.

Recommend actions and/or changes to the present-day arrangements with reference to the criteria you discussed in Section 3, eg location of operations, capacity, etc.
